Creating work items as anonymous / with a shared account

We are currently considering to migrate from Trac / Subversion to Team Concert for our intranet project. One thing that is quite nice about the current setup is that we can simply allow "ALL AUTHENTICATED" users to submit defects in Trac, so that we have a kind of an open beta. Users authenticate against the web server that is connected to our corporate LDAP, then Trac stores the user ID with the ticket without having to "know" the user himself.

Is there any way to come close to this setup with RTC? I understand that there must be a user account for everyone who wants to create work items. Since I can't create individual accounts, I thought about a shared "defect_creater" account and an additional work item field where the actual originators can enter their names / email addresses.

Do you think that's a feasible solution? Are there other ways to achieve what I want to do? Thanks a lot in advance.
