 can we give access to one than 2 users without creating the team area..?

File and folder permissions can only be set to a component (default), a user, or a project/team area. You'll have to create a team area and add the two users to it then set the file or folder access to the team area.

Thank  Tim , But any another way where we don't have to create team area...Possibly

"client requirement" does not provide much clarification.   The reason I ask is that the client may not understand the architecture/semantics of RTC when they are refusing to create team areas to define access control groups.
