When starting jazz server in my local development setup, I am getting the following error in the log file at times, and am not able to access the WEB UI.

However the server is started normally.
Sometimes am able to login the WEbUI.

With such limited information, I can only guess that you machine does not have enough resources (memory, file handler and etc) to run the server properly.
