Hi,

I am using RRC 4.0.1
I have an issue with some of the artifacts in RRC. Some of the users are not able to see embedded images in artifacts and some of the users do see the images with no errors.
Users get the error messages instead of the artifacts.

I am not sure what seems to cause the issue for only  part of the users.

Please Advise.

Hi Shirley, I haven't seen this problem before but can you provide some additional information on the problem?  This would help clarify the problem. Are the embedded images just images or are they embedded artifacts? Can you include a screenshot of the "your are not authorized" error? When you see this error, what is logged in the rm.log?

Are the embedded images in the same project as the artifact in which they are embedded? Also, check the licenses of the users having a problem. They must have an RM license (either Analyst or Contributor) and be members of the project in which the artifact and images exist.
