I created a link type in RRC but I am not able to use it to link artifacts as it is grayed out.  How to I enable the link type?

Need to log out and log back in for link type to be enabled

Which version of RRC are you using?

Does refreshing the page "enable" the link type?

It might be a caching or refresh issue if logging out and in resolves it.
