RQM - testcase Owner field not updating

Create a manual testcase in RQM 4.0 using IE 9 using originator =Dana
User Dana sets the owner
User Dana aves the testcase
User Dana views the Construction->Browse Test Case Screen
Click Refresh ->Owner still shows as unassigned  ==incorrect
Click the testcase -> Testcase view shows the correctly set owner as Dana

* i even tried updating the action to Ready to Review and repeated the steps but it wont work. 

If admin user April views the Construction->Browse Test Case screen she can see the owner set correctly.
If admin user Tano views the Construction->Browse Test Case screen he can only see owner=UNASSIGNED ==incorrect
If standard user Dana views the Construction->Browse Test Case screen she can only see owner=UNASSIGNED ==incorrect

 There are 2 owner columns for some reason. I added the 2nd Owner column and its working.
Issue Closed.

Hi,

You are correct. By default when some one creates a testcase or a testplan the the system will pick the current user login  as originator and as you mentioned the owner field you can change.
