Customize report using RTC

HI,

I am using RTC 4.0.1.I am new to the reporting feature of RTC.

Can I define my own customized query to generate report using RTC?

If yes please let me know how can I be able to achieve my goal?

For example : I want generate a report

for the issues log export report here's the fields : defect #, defect submitter, test cycle found in, summary of defect, IT reviewed date ,

Hi Swapna,

Have you tried RTC Query? 


You can define your query output in Column  Display



And then export your query to csv

@swpna to create customized Reports you will need to use Birt, check the wiki page for details:
