RQM 4.0.1 Project dashboard error

retagged May 06 '13, 3:26 p.m. by Tory Jaskoviak (520●1●5) Hi, When I open the RQM dash board and widget screen, it throws me following error "Unable to load /qm/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Flocalhost:9443%2Fjts%2Fdashboards%2F7%3FcontentType%3Dapplication%2Frdf%25xml&dojo.preventCache=1367566418355 status:500 " I had look in daignostics section of Jazz Team Server, and the error was: "CRJAZ1992E The task "com.ibm.team.dashboard.ResourceMarkersScrubTask" has failed with an unexpected error which has caused it to be unscheduled. The error message is "Item Handle array cannot exceed 2048 elements" Can any one have any suggestion to resolve this. Appreciate you help. |

Status 500 is an Internal Server error, and according to the diagnostics it looks like a task has not been run. I would recommend creating a PMR with IBM support and including your qm.log file to see any further errors which may have caused this service to stop running.
