Getting 500 error trying to display Dashboard

 I can login and display Work Items, but when I click on Dashboard and then my project dashboard I receive a 500 error.

hi Steve,
Look to jts.log or ccm.log in <your-installation>\logs directory. Do you have any error message from the time of the issue?
If you are using IHS, it is good to check into log files for IHS.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! This turns out to be caused by a known issue in RTC 4.0. We are working on preparing a patch for JazzHub to resolve the issue and should have things working shortly.  Hi!

I'm in RTC 3.0.1 and i get this message too in any web navigator:

An error occurred while retrieving the dashboard:

Unable to load /ccm/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Fmxplvdeax43.gnp.mx%3A9443%2Fjts%2Fdashboards%2F513%3FcontentType%3Dapplication%252Frdf%2525xml&dojo.preventCache=1401818266381 status:500

Please tell me what's the possible cause of this error and how to solve it?

Please check jts.log and ccm.log for any related errors, as suggested by Krzysztof. Internal 500 error can mean anything, so the error code itself will not be enough for anybody to offer a solution.
