Workitems import from CSV
Hi,
I copied process template from production server to test server, I imported all the work items from live, Is it possible to keep original id's, assigned, status for all work items as same as in live as well as in test server.
When imported them to test server, Summary is completely blank, "Owned BY" shows as "Unassigned".

Hi Druva,
I do not think that you can keep the same id in work item.
Anyway Owner by should be preserved.
Check if in your CSV file have Owner column and what are the values of it. Please notice that before exporting work item, you must specify which column you need to import.
