Set the default summary for the child workitem

Hello,

i would like to define a summary default value for the child workitem, according the summary of his parent.

How can i do that ? Javascript in default value ? or java plugins ?

Try create work items from template and then set the parent for the created work item. https://jazz.net/library/content/articles/rtc/3.0/workitem-templates/ has more information on the same.
