Problem creating and printing diagrams artifacts

Hi,

I am using RRC 4.0.1 and I found the following problem:

When I try to "create and print" artifact of types "Business Process Diagram" and "Simple Flow Diagram" the document generated is blank (PDF or Word). The diagrams doesn't appears, only the name of artifact.

This occurs only with this type of artifact, all of other types I can create and print.

Anybody knows why this error occurs?

Your server may need to have a setup for a "converter"

You may be experiencing a version of the following known problem:
Embedded graphical artifacts did not show up in the RRDG reports - graphical artifacts in modules are not printed on pdf (60102)

Kevin,

I have converter installed and configured. I can see and edit my diagrams. I just can not "create and print" in PDF or Word format. And this problem is occuring only with "Business Process Diagram" and "Simple Flow Diagram". With Use Case Diagram, for example, the error does not happens.

Sorry if my english is not correct...it is not my native language.
