Duplicate and Create New Version

Hello,
We would like to know how to enable/disable the "Duplicate" and "Create New Version" buttons on the Asset General Details page.

Questions:
- Can all users who have "Download Assets" checked in Roles section duplicate and update assets?
- Can all users who have "Read assets" checked in Roles section duplicate and update assets?

As long as the user has at least download authority on the asset (whether from roles or an explicit permission to the asset) and create authority somewhere (anywhere in any community) then those buttons will be shown.
