Unable to download RTC product zips, resolved

I need to download 3.0.1.1 full zip install..

But I get page not found for all the way up to 4.0.1

turned out to be a userid problem

I just checked a few of the download links and they appear to be working fine for me: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/3.0.1.1 Try again or try using a different browser.
