JAZZ DEVELOPER
 Create a Scrum Project.
Open a Plan in the Eclipse client
Create the below Heirarchy

Story_top
Task a 1 week
Story_child
Task b 1 week
Task c 1 week

You can see that the progress till the Story_child shows 0/80 hours
But the progress at the Story_top shows 0/0

The Web client is able to roll up the hours correctly, the problem happens only on the Eclipse client.

 Roll up to second level plan items is not done in Eclipse Plan Editor (242601) will be the defect to solve this issue
