Stream delivery order

If there are multiple streams (let's call them child streams) which were created using different snapshots of a parent stream (let's call it the integration stream), does it matter in which order to deliver the changes from the child streams to the integration stream?

You can deliver to the stream in any order ... keeping in mind that if two child streams have made changes to the same file, the second stream to deliver will be the one responsible for doing the merge.
