How to create report with RTC 4.0.4? I have installed RTC Server and birt client

Hi, all

I never use RTC BIRT CREATE REPORT before, I have installed both the serve and client, but cannot connect the client to server, I don't know if I need to create a report application on server first or what! besides, when I create a user on server side, cannot assign PW, the jazz server said will sent out to the email address, but sadlly with error and failed (didn't send out).

is there any online instrumentations on how to set up a BIRT Reporting environment with RTC? thanks.
