Hello,

I have two questions about DM 4.0.1 Web UI:

1) How can we view (change) history of a DM artifact?
2) How can we generate a PDF or work document for a selected DM artifact?

Hi Frank,

1) For now, navigate to the configuration (open current configuration) editor, select the Resources tab and you should be able to invoke history on the resource.

I created https://jazz.net/jazz04/web/projects/Design%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=36932 a while back to you'll see that I agree this needs to be easier to find.

2) In RSA DM, you can use RPE to author a report or use a built-in report.   In the RSA rich client you can also use the BiRT reporting capability.

There is still one think I would like to see after following the path you mentioned: what was exactly changed in the changeset. Currently I can only see the resource name and its version inside the change but it does not tell me the real changes.

For now, you would have to put a description on the changeset.
