[closed] After server rename problems loading dashboard
Hi there,
I'm facing a problem again.
I did a server rename which was very tricky because we had some problems while doing this. But finaly it worked. After this we installed a reverse proxy and configured the Server to use this proxy.
Ok - now when I try to access a dashboard I'm facing this error message:
When trying to get back to the JTS using the Home button I get this message:
Also I noticed that when I try to create a new project area I get this error:
At the moment I'm very disturbed ... any idea how to solve this?
It seems to me that the application has trouble to communicate with the jts server. But the admin overview (Status Summary) of this application tells me that everything is fine.
Similar problem with QM.
Greetings,
Simon

It seemed that there was a problem with the proxy server in front of the RTC server.
This proxy servers used rewrite conditions for redirecting old URLs to new one. The RTC server seems not to be able to process those redirection statements and you get those problems.
Interesting thing is that you get these problems even when not using the redirected URL.
But after removing those statements everything seems to be fine again.

One other answer
Simon, I would suggest to get in contact with support asap.
You can look into the configuration files and logs, if you see anything unusual, but I would still suggest to talk to support.

Hi Ralph,
thanks for this answer. Yes, I'm in contact with support but got no answer yet.
In the logfiles I have many error messages which I cannot solve :(
Next is what I saw - all applications are marked as "unknown" within the registered application section.
Maybe I have to reregister them?
