Is there Market Place by IBM for Extensions?
I want to know where freelancers , IBM partners who develop their extensions for CLM (RTC, DNG ) is marketed or made available as open source.

I am not aware of a marketplace. Partners typically have some kind of product that the extensions are working with.
Some community contributors publish in developer works or have projects on IBM Bluemix DevOps Services , some have their own blogs. vijayakumar ramesh selected this answer as the correct answer
