Thanks for your comment. 
WE have a PL/SQL based Application,we are trying to find a possibility if we can utilize IBM Jazz suit for easy deployment for our pl/sql based application.?

We have a PL/SQL based project and we want a new effective platform like jazz for deployment.

As far as I know, none of the out-of-box Jazz components are PL/SQL-aware.
