Tracking Time with RTC 2.0
Hi,
We use RTC 2.0 in a support context and want to track time for different Work Item Status.
Example : How much time the Ticket 123456 was in the "In Progress" Status ?
We have two problems :
- Where to find the information about time ?
- In Most cases, more than 2 persones work on the same Work Item, It will be little complicated to create a work item for each Developper and for each ticket.
Do someone have any suggestion for us ?
