Is it possible for RRC to auto-assign approvers/reviewers when initiating new reviews?

When creating reviews of artifacts, I currently need to manually add approvers/reviewers from a list of users. Is it possible in RRC (4.0.1) for an administrator to configure a list of approvers and/or reviewers so that participants configured in this list are automatically added to new reviews?

No, this capability is not supported.  You can open an enhancement request.  Please file it against Web Client/Review and Approval.
