Merged Changeset handling at RTC

Hi,

In Subversion we have already merged the changes to trunk.

will RTC keep track of Merged Changed-Set after data migration into RTC?

If you're referring to merging from a branch, the importer will create baselines for the branches. You'll have to import trunk and then perform another import for the branches. Refer to the SVN import article for the steps on importing your SVN dump.
