Can't find link to download Microsoft Excel and Word to Rational Quality Manager Import Utility

I'm trying to download the newest Microsoft Excel and Word to Rational Quality Manager Import Utility.
1.Go to site: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/
2. Choose: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/4.0.1?p=allDownloads
3. and scroll to extras: Microsoft Excel and Word to Rational Quality Manager Import Utility
     can't found the link to download the zip file.  
    Just find a link that navigates me to https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter


Can somebody give me an tip were to found the zip file?
PS: same behavior when i choose older RQM versions.

This appears to be an issue with jazz.net since all downloads are unavailable.  Please submit a defect (see https://jazz.net/legal/contact.jsp).
