If you are trying to access a specific artifact, the error message is indicating that it has been delete by another user:
Now if you have project baseline permission then you might be able to see the artifact before it has been deleted, but you will need the resource id from the URL, towards the end and is a long hexadecimal number. Then create a baseline (Project Baseline Administrator role privileges are needed) in the past earlier than when you last visited that artifact. Then open that baseline and try to navigate to the specific artifact either via the folders or via specify the numerical artifact id in the search field or manipulating the URL and changing the resource id in the address bar. This should all be done in the context of the baseline. |
