can't see the work item list in VS.

Hi All,

We have Project Area that inheritor  is process template from another project.
Under this  Project Area we a few Team Areas.
When one of the users try to open new work-item for the VS IDE clinet, He can't see the work item list and can't open one, on the Eclipse IDE or the Web UI there is no problem to open new work -item.
If We add the user to the Project Area members the problem resolved.
We use RTC 3.0.1 and VS 2008,2010.
Please let me know if this issue is bug or lack of knowledge.

Hello Ziv,
the fact that this works fine using the WebUI and Eclipse Client,
but not using VS Client makes me suspect this might be a defect.
