Deploy a localized process template from RMC7.5.2.1 to RTC4.0.1
I am Kohji Ohsawa.
I am trying to deploy a localized(Japanese) process template from RMC7.5.2.1 to RTC4.0.1, but I cannot.
I got the localized method library from this page below.

On RMC7.5.2.1
Step 1. After import the localized method library into RMC7.5.2.1, I tried to deploy to RTC4.0.1 by using this button.
Step 2. The wizard came up, but I cannot choose a localized template as a base template. They are all English templates.
Step 3. I added Jazz repository to deploy the process template, and give a name and ID to the new process template like "DeployedFromRMCBasedOnScrum".
After pressing Finish button, the new process template is successfully deployed to RTC4.0.1.
On RTC4.0.1
Step 4. Move on to RTC4.0.1, and create a new project area.
But there is no localized process template.
If I disable a locale filter, I can see the new template "DeployedFromRMCBasedOnScrum" which is deployed from RMC.
I think this is because I could not choose a Japanese template as a base template in Step 2.
Is this a specification? Are there any way to choose Japanese template as a base template?

I would like to thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, I could not select a localized process template as a base template.
I followed the steps you showed for me like this.
1. create Team Process like "JAPANESE_TEAM"
2. select a method configuration "compliance.iec62304-ibm" like above.
3. Click Deploy (Create and Deploy Process Template) Button.
The method configuration and team process are shown in the Wizard correctly.
But, I still cannot choose a localized process template as a base template.
For example, Scrum should be スクラム in Japanese.
As a result, I still cannot create a Project Area using a localized process template on RTC.
Is there anything I missed? Any comments would be good for me.

As I wrote before, if I disable a locale filter, I can see the new template. But it is not the localized template. (It is English template.) And also, the contents are also in English. I wonder I cannot deploy a localize template from RMC.
