is there something unique about work item lists that I have to configure my client to support them?

I am testing SPoRT 6.0 GA code.  One option in SPoRT is to create an associated work item.  While I am trying to configure this, I encounter an OOM issue.  SPoRT support put in some traces in there code and found out that this OOM issue is encountered when trying to process the one attribute of the APAR work item that is a Work Item List type. 

He doesn't have the issue, so I think it must be something with my client or my machine.  This happened with RTC 3.0.1.3 and now with RTC 4.0.

We've played with the heap size and that doesn't seem to have any affect.
