Are there plans to add rich formatting to work item descriptions and comments

I saw this defect from several years ago.  Are there any current plans to add this?
We are evaluating RTC for a project and having use cases without formatting may be a non-starter.

Replace current WYSIWYG editor for work items in WebUI with CKEditor (239792)

CKEditor is used Rational Method Composer or more generally in IBM Connections.

May be half of the story - it seems that you can at least add wiki style attributes, as mentioned in https://jazz.net/forum/questions/53658/can-wiki-style-editing-be-extended-to-a-work-item-tab ( (I didn't try it).

Thanks Donat.  That's an alternative approach if the work item 239792 does not get implemented.
