CRJAZ2384E Cannot connect to the repository at URL see the nested exception for more SSL peer shut down incorrectly

RTC Application is not getting connected by client and throwing following error:
CRJAZ2384E Cannot connect to the repository at URL "https://localhost/ccm", see the nested exception for more details.
Remote host closed connection during handshake
SSL peer shut down incorrectly

Try the below steps

1. Stop the RTC eclipse client
2. Backup eclipse. ini file as "eclipse.ini.old" for example.
3. On original eclipse. ini file add the following line at the end:
-Dcom.ibm.team.repository.transport.client.protocol=TLSv1.1
4. Restart the eclipse client and select a new workspace.
