Starting the server on Windows

Scott Lix (111) | asked Aug 07 '08, 11:22 a.m.
Hello,

When I try to start the Tomcat server as described here, I get the following response in the Tomcat console window and log file:

INFO: The Apache Tomcat Native library which allows optimal performance in production environments was not found on the java.library.path: C:\jazz\server\win32\ibm-java2-i386-50\jre\bin;

Which of course is there.

Does anyone know what the deal is with that?

This is discussed here:

It seems that you can safely ignore this INFO.
