In RTC 3.x web ui, I have a user that is unable to download to spreadsheet (the icon is greyed out) in one project area but can download in another project area. What are the permissions to enable this?
I've had a few users report this before, the times that I saw it was because they had the query editor open. If they clicked close (or was it cancel?) and then run the query the option would be available again. If this is not it then I'm not sure.
