Configure ELM Authentication With SAML IdP And Local Authentication

Build basis: Engineering Lifecycle Management and Jazz Authorization Server 7.0.2 SR1 or Higher

The instructions have been included in the Article Configure ELM Authentication with Multiple SAML Identity Providers

The configuration is simple, we can add the following configuration in appConfig.xml file on Jazz Authorization Server along with oidcLogin elements 

<socialLoginWebapp enableLocalAuthentication="true" />
