I am trying to add Change and Configuration Management to my project in sandbox02 and get an error:
An error occurred while adding capabilities to the sandbox
Creating projects in progress (25% complete)
  • Creating project "mclellen's Project (Change and Configuration Management)"
  • Creating project area links
  • Setting project area administrators
  • Updating sandbox records

Also, is this the same as RTC, which is what I want to add to my project?
