Hello Sunny,
I am doing it in following way:
1. Download Eclipse WTP: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-ee-developers/heliossr2
2. Install BIRT on top of it using p2 update site: http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/2.6
3. Install RTC plugin on top of that using p2 installer.
