RTC 4.0.1 licensing problem when trying to deliver changes cross repositories

I'm trying to flow changes cross repositories, thanks to this article : https://jazz.net/library/article/535.
In RTC 3.0.1, this works well but when I try to do it in RTC 4.0.1, the following error message (in french) appears when trying to deliver : "La distribution des artefacts de contrôle de source avec d'autres serveur est limitée par une ou plusieurs clés de licence installées sur votre serveur".

Any idea ?

This is just a shot into the blue - since I can't translate the message - excuse my French. However, If you want to use distributed SCM you need either a Developer License or a Developer for Enterprise license on each of the servers and you can't have any developer for workgroup or 10 Free license on any of the involved servers. Hello Ralph,

I had 10 Free License installed in my JTS, and even if I didn't use it, it didn't work.
I've removed the 10 Free License and now it works.
