Hi,

    I need to know if a Cruise Control Plugin is available for RTC 3.x ?

I am not aware of a Cruise Control plugin for RTC, however, there is a Maven Cruise Control plugin. Maven is supported by RTC, so the integration would probably work. I would recommend opening up an enhancement request to have a formal plugin created and tested.
