JAZZ DEVELOPER
Using RTC 4.0.0.1, I noticed that the timestamps entered using the WebUI are different from those entered using the Eclipse Client.

steps I use:
- create a PA - any template
- create a custom attribute and presentation - type and presentation = timestamp
Reproduce the steps below using Eclipse Client and WebUI
- create a new work item with this attribute
- save
- set this attribute value to current day
- save
- use Firebug to load the work item and check the attribute's value
Eclipse: shows "2012-11-28T11:00:00.000Z"
WebUI: shows "2012-11-28T12:00:00.000Z"

notice the 1 hr difference.

is this a bug?

this issue has been identified on jazz.net as defect 244014
which is now resolved/fixed - target = 4.0.2
