RTC 4 - USe Case Error

Hello.

I have RTC 4 load locally on my PC. I have created a Life cycle Project.

I can create a Business Process Diagram but when I try to create a Use Case the browser locks and I have to kill it using Task Manger.

The TOMCAT screen shows the following.

I am using Firefox 7 on a Windows 7 PC. when I try using IE9 I get an error when trying to Edit the artifact, see below

Can anybody help please.

I setup a Lifecycle project with RTC 401 and used FF 10 (lowest supported version for CLM 2012) and did not have any difficulties. I even did weird stuff like create a Use Case as a Business Process Diagram (along with creating use cases and BPDs). Can you try with FF10 or later?
