Unable to open Rich Client of DOORS Next Generation

Hi,

I have installed DOORS Next Generation 4.0.1 on windows 7 professional. I am able to access web client of DOORS Next Generation but when i am trying to open rich client after entering user id and password it doesn't opens.

After checking log files, it shows the error "Failed to load crypt dll"

I'd be grateful for any help/advise.

 this looks like an installation issue, where crypt.dll is not being loaded on launch of the client. is it possible to uninstall dng client or try installing on some other machine ?

Hi Shantanu,


I had uninstalled it and installed many times but still not working.
and I had installed rich client on other machine successfully.
I also checked that crypt.dll is present in my system .
