we have a new requirement for generating a report /query to find number of test cases(not the list of test cases ) in each test plan .similarly number of test cases that mapped to test plan and that are not mapped. (Basically the count)

Score Card gives me the execution related count. Any suggestions ??

No standard reports are available for this as far as I know.
