re-use test script steps in multiple test cases

 Dear team,
we want to create a start-up script and use same steps in multiple test cases.
e.g. test script named login screen, having 10 steps,  i want to use login test script in test cases A, B and C with additional steps, if required,  pls. suggest us.  i do not want to link existing test script into multiple test cases.

I would suggest using keywords (https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_using_key.html).

As suggested by Paul, Keyword is the best option
