Upgrade to 1.0.1 introduces CAL limit that can't be changed

While using RTC Server 1.0, I set purchased Developer CALs to 247 to give our team the ability to register up to 250 Developers.

I upgraded to RTC Server 1.0.1 this morning and installed the new CAL activation kit (jar file) using the server's License Key Management page.

The Developer CAL status is Activated, Limit is 3, Included is 3, the purchased field is greyed out and is 247, and Available is 250.

When I try to add more than three Developer CALs, I am told I have reached the limit.

How can I fix this problem?

The Developer key on XL has been fixed. The new part # is C1UT0EN.

I have the same problem. Downloaded the jar for licenses a few minutes ago.

Error message is:
Error uploading Server Activation key: CRJAZ1026I The given policy is not a server policy. It is missing a <serverDetails> element

It sounds like you tried to install a Client Access License Key into the
Server License Key area. If you try installing the CAL key into the CAL
key area of the page, does it fix your problem?

I just tried to download from XL and the problem still exists.

I believe that the key posted to XL for 1.0.1 was wrong. Can you try
pulling the new unlocked Developer CAL and test it again?

If the available field is 250, it sounds like your server is in trial
mode. If you have 250 available, then you should be able to assign more
CALs. One reason why you would be denied the ability to assign more
CALs would be if the server was at it's user limit. (Only 10 if you are
using Derby). Can you post the exact message you get when you try to
assign a new Developer CAL?
