CLM 4.0.1: server rename shows CRJAZ2547E for /admin, /ccm, and /qm
Hello,
This is for server rename from production to staging server with DB2 V9.7, WAS 8.0.3 on Linux X64 platform. They are all at 4.0.1 level and there is no mixed level of applications at all.
During the run of jts/serverRenameStatus, the steps for "Verify Application (/admin)", "Verify Application (/ccm)", and "Verify Application (/qm)" all gave the error "CRJAZ2547E: Unable to load .... status: 500".
Is this expected?
FYI, I clicked on "Next" and then "Finish" anyway. Afterwards, the jts/admin, qm/admin, ccm/admin and /admin all look OK with new public URL (Accessing to any host on the production servers has been disabled on staging servers).
I would like to know if the above error is an known CLM bug and can be ignored. Or I need to open a PMR to check the error....
Thanks and regards
Frank
