Related Asset update not reflected in Visualize Asset window..
1. Asset A was related to Asset B. Update was performed to Asset B to remove relationship to asset A. Asset A and B are both in Approved state. But Visualize Asset window for Asset A continues to show B as a related Asset. Why? Is the Indexer not working? It has been several hours now.
2. Our lifecycle manager assigned about 40 assets to three reviewers. 8 hours have passed - these assets still do not show up in the reviewers' dashboard. Is it the same issue - indexer?
Questions: If Indexer is the root cause - how can we manage the indexer? Can indexer's run frequency be altered, and how to verify that it is running or not? RTC lifecycle home page does not show any errors.

1. The visual editor caches assets information, ... have you tried to reload that page?
2. This can be an index problem.... make sure it is running properly from the Administration->Tools(right hand side)->View Job Status
First need to make sure that the indexer is running, before looking somewhere else:
There are multiple indexer jobs .... Asset indexer is the key one. Also, download the support logs from that same day, and look at the ramJobServerDebug logs (on the root of that .zip) ... these are the indexer logs.
