RRC Artifact Template history

Hi

IN RRC V3 is there a way to see who has created which articfact templates? I have access to the Manage Project Properties on the server and can see the list of Artifact templates but need to know who created them and if any were supplied as default out of the box.

I know of nothing in the project properties page that would show who created the template. Best raise an enhancement.
