I am looking for a description of the new CLM Contributor license.

Anyone who can help? Any differences to the RTC Contributor license?

The CLM Contributor license will give a user the same capabilities as the RTC Contributor license (or any other Contributor license).  The new CLM licenses were provided as a convenience for customers who are using multiple CLM products.  You can find more information about the client access licenses at:  https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.jazz.repository.web.admin.doc/topics/c_license_mgmt_over.html .
