Eitan, what SCM interface does that tool support? With 4.x on windows you could try MSSCC or the shell (if it does not support MSSCC or integrate in Eclipse or Visual Studio). You could try to use the SCM command line to create an interface if that tool supports that.
Thanks Ralph for the ideas, I just wanted to get ready before my first meeting with the customer and trying to find someone with some experience. Anyway we'll check it on-site and I'll update here about our findings.
