Not able to get .jazz5 lock as it is already in use while deliver using Java API

 Hi Team,


I'm using Rhapsody Client with EWM. I have made some changes in rhapsody project and wanted to deliver changes I made in this project to Jazz server using RTC open Java API library. But when I try to deliver this changes using Java library while EWM running I'm getting following error:
'Not able to get .jazz5 lock as it is already in use.'

When I try it While EWM is not operational/not running in the background, the Rhapsody project enters offline mode, resulting the non-generation of the magic number for the changes I made.

can you give some guidance with code snippets to get this items and deliver it using Java API.
